This Privacy Policy describes how BUZZ (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or submit a request through it.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, trade, annual revenue range, whether you opted in to text messages, and any message you send through our contact form.
• Usage information: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser data, collected through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels (Google, Meta) when enabled.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and schedule the growth call you asked for.
• To contact you about your request by phone or email, and by SMS only if you opted in.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising performance.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your request is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Calendar and Gmail) and shared with the members of our team and the partner agencies that work with us on client accounts, so they can prepare for and follow up on your call.

We also use service providers that help us operate this site (for example analytics and advertising platforms), and share information with them only as needed to provide the service.

SMS & phone communications

By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may call you about your request. We send text messages only if you check the optional SMS box on our form. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected].
